⚾I’m going to keep this suuuper short because I know how highly anticipated this is for SO MANY and I don’t want to ruin anything!

🧢I will say this, I always always enjoy the reading experience of a Sager book. I can never put them down! Even the ones I’ve gotten to the end of and went 🤔🤔🤔 are still fun to me because it’s all about that new Sager experience!

⚾I loved the 90s vibes, I loved that it was a male main character for the first time (lots of you complain about the way he’s written female characters in the past, never really bothered me tbh), I loved the flashbacks, etc. etc.

🧢The pacing was a tiny bit slow for me at points but I was so curious to see how things turned out that that didn’t stop me from flipping pages and finishing in 24 hours!

⚾I’m not exactly sure where this falls in my ranking of his books yet but my favorite is still THE LAST TIME I LIED and my second favorite is probably still THE ONLY ONE LEFT!

🧢I think as always with a Sager release that there will be lots of mixed opinions and I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks and discuss! I also am really hoping this is a BOTM (book of the month) June 2024 pick! 👏🥳
