🏖️This will definitely be a fun beach/poolside read this summer! Also, I was so excited to see this was a @readwithjenna pick! My taste usually aligns with hers, so I try to read all of her monthly picks!!
💍The story starts out with Nora throwing a birthday party for her husband, Will. But when she wakes up the next day to Will missing, all eyes are on her. 👀
🏖️I had fun with this one! It was a great mix of mystery and women’s fiction which is one of my favorite genre blends. It felt beachy, but yet still kept me on edge! The book is told in dual timelines between present day and back when Nora and Will first met. I thought the current day chapters were a tad more fun, but enjoyed both!
🩴I was surprised by the ending, but only wish it was a little more “shown than told” as it felt a little overly explained. Overall, I’m glad I read and think many will enjoy it!
🎧Saskia did a wonderful job on this, as she always does! Highly suggest the audio format!
