🧡Like many of you, I absolutely loved her debut book, THE QUIET TENANT. It shocked me, it creeped me out, and I can still remember so many details! Those are just a few signs of a winner for me, especially when it’s a debut!

🌞Maybe my hopes were too high for this one, but it fell short me sadly. There were still parts I enjoyed, such as the culty aspect, the dual timelines, gorgeous setting, etc. Ultimately, I felt it dragged too much for a 9 hour audiobook and never felt as connected to the characters as I’d like.

🎧The audiobook itself was very well done. I seem to be on a Saskia Maarleveld audiobook streak, as I’ve recently listen to her narrate this one, Everyone is Lying to You, Happy Wife, and Shaw Connolly Lives to Tell. She enhances everything she reads for sure!

🧡I’d still recommend giving it a shot if you’re in the mood for a culty thriller!
