🕵🏼♀️This series has had me laughing and even crying since I initially read book #1 in 2021. This is book #5 and YES you need to read them in order!
🧡I really do feel like every one of these books is better than the last one and maybe that’s because my connection to the characters grows with every installment. I always tell people that “I don’t read series”, but I will always make an exception for THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB!
🕵🏼♀️This one was such a blast! I don’t know how he managers to keep so many characters and all their side plots straight while weaving them all together seamlessly to create the most unified stories, but somehow he always succeeds. I was dying to know how this one would end and didn’t see it coming at all! I also may or may have not shed a tear at some of the scenes near the end. Osman is always slipping in the emotional scenes when you least expect them and I hope he never stops doing that!
🧡I’m always so excited to start these books, but always so sad when they end because then the waiting for the next one begins. Richard Osman is never allowed to let this story end. These characters have a lot more life (and murder mysteries) in them!
🧩🍵I have my puzzle and my tea ready to watch the movie tonight with a friend and I CANNOT WAIT to see some of my all-time favorite characters brought to life.
