👏Another great debut to kick off 2026!

📖I am ALWAYS a sucker for a book inside a book, but this was more fun than usual! Chapters alternate between a book, not surprisingly titled “HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER”, and Detective Inspector Samantha Hansen trying to solve a recently committed murder she feels may be tied to the book.

🏃🏼‍♀️💨I flew through this book in a day! I thought Rebecca’s storytelling was so easy to follow! While this might sound like an overdone story, this truly felt original in execution (pun intended)!

🫣🫣There were a couple parts that were….pretty disturbing, but those parts were quick… But I did fast forward a little, you’ll know when you get there!

🌪️Overall, this was a fun and twist story that will definitely have readers turning pages! I can’t wait to see what Rebecca writes next!

🎧A male narrator read the “book” portion and a female narrator read the present day portion, which made it so easy to always know what part of the story I was in! Both of their voices were so easy to listen to and helped bring extra depth to the story!
