👀This was Book 2 of Family Secrets series! I also read and thoroughly enjoyed book one, The Second Mrs. Strom, and while it was nice to have the background information, I didn’t remember too much about it and was just fine with the information in this book. If you wanted to read this one without reading Book 1, you will still enjoy it!

📚Overall, this was the fun and bonkers ride I have come to expect from Kaira Rouda books. I love that her books are quick and easy to binge and they always are able to get me out of a reading slump.

👀While they may not always be the most believable, they are guaranteed to be entertaining, and sometimes that’s all you want out of a popcorn thriller!
