👌TLDR: A fun adventure of a debut for fans of Survivor, long at times, but the pay off was worth it!

🌿Debut author Stephen Fishbach was once a runner-up on the TV show Survivor! Once I heard that, I knew I had to read this book. You can tell so much of what he wrote came from first hand experience and it was so much fun to have that background on him going in!

🏝️This story itself is CRAZY. I would consider this general fiction with some adventure thriller elements at the end, but I wouldn’t go in expecting a thriller. The book follows a has-been reality TV star caught up in a scandal and a producer who has a chance to clear her name after some very unfortunate things happened!

🎙️The best thing about this book was the characters and their stories. I think especially with the main two characters that the character development was very impressive! There were twists I didn’t see coming, and while some parts were a little slow, I was very impressed with how everything wrapped up.

📺I think this one is going to be a huge hit especially with Survivor/reality TV fans and I think it would make an awesome movie!

🎧The audio was SO WELL DONE 💪 My two favs are Julia Whelan and Sean Patrick Hopkins and listening to them together is always so much fun (they also narrate THIS STORY MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE together, review coming soon)! I 10000% reco the audiobook version!
