πTitle: The Last Room on the Left
βοΈAuthor: Leah Konen

Pub date: January 14, 2025
βοΈI truly love Leah Konen books and will continue to read them as long as she writes them! They’re quick, addictive, and always scratch that itch for an immersive bingey thriller read.
π₯ΆMy favorite part about THE LAST ROOM ON THE LEFT was how atmospheric it was. The setting itself was absolutely immaculate, and it was described so well, I could really envision myself there. The story takes place in the Catskill Mountains at a remodeled roadside motel during a blizzard. Check. Check. Check.
βοΈIf you love isolated thrillers, winter thrillers, or thrillers about authors, this is the one for you!
π₯ΆWhile there were so many positives, a few parts definitely got…weird. Maybe a tiny bit weirder than what I can enjoy. I had the ick a couple of times while reading this, but keep in mind that could just be a me issue.
βοΈOverall, this was a fun and fast-paced read that I think will be a big hit!
βSpeaking of snow, we’re under a winter weather watch tomorrow and hoping for a snow day. How’s the weather been by you lately?
