🙌One thing that I can always count on with Alex North books is that they will ALWAYS have that signature spine-tingling feeling that makes you question what is real and what is supernatural. This one gave me the CREEPS in the best way!
😶Almost every chapter led me to believe I knew who the villain was only to have my theory turned on its head by the next chapter. If you love books that keep you guessing, you won’t want to miss this one!
👀While this book dealt with some disturbing topics at times, I think North handled them in a way that wasn’t overly gratuitous, and I really appreciated that.
📖There is so little I can say without giving surprises away, but I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you go in blind and enjoy the ride! I also think this would make a great bookclub pick as my bookclub raised so much fun questions and theories in our discussion!
