🌊I absolutely FLEW through this one and read the majority of it in a cabin overlooking a frozen lake so the vibes were IMMACULATE (as the kids say).
🌲When social media influencer, Page White is found dead, the news distrupts not only her small town, but also makes it way to her previous best friend and journalist, Jane Masters. Jan seemingly returns to her hometown to share her condolences, but she also desperately needs to cover this story and get the inside scoop in order to keep her job back home. These two positions (ex-bestie and journalist) put her in the perfect position to discover the truth of that happened to Paige.
🌊There were so many shocking moments in this book that literally made me gasp out loud! The ending is one I would have never predicted, but it just fell together perfectly.
🌲This book had it all! Influencer drama, creepy stalkers, small town secrets, cults 👀, etc. This one will hook you immediately and keep you guessing til the last Paige (see what I did there?)!
