🙌Look at me reading THREE WHOLE fantasy books this year! I’m branching out thanks to my friends @thebookscript and @mommaleighellensbooknook! That’s what friends are for, right? We all listened to this one together which made it even more fun!
💙Typically I’m not interested in fantasy because the world building, long character lists, and confusing plots are too much for me, but when I read that this was a Beauty and the Beast (my fav fairy tale) retelling, I knew I could handle it 😂
🪄There was just so much to love about this book! The relationships between the sisters, the magic, the artistry, the romance, etc. It was all so fun and so easy to get swept up in! I would absolutely read more fantasy books if I could find more like this!
💙Even if you don’t typically read fantasy, I highly recommend this one!
😍Also, check out those beautiful golden sprayed edges! Absolutely stunning!
🎧The narrator, Mirai did an excellent job and I was hanging on her every word! She was perfectly cast for this book and helped bring the story to life!
