π£οΈAudiobook Narrator: Julia Whelan
π Anyways, onto this story! All I knew going into this book was that it was love story/saga spanning decades, and that’s all it took to sell me! When I saw Julia Whelan was the audiobook narrator, I knew I had to listen along as well!
πΌ This story was so much more than I was expecting it to be. In the beginning, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get on board with all the theater vibes since that’s not something I’m super into, but by the end I was INTO it. I’m so glad I didn’t lose interest in the beginning and kept going because once I KNEW what was going on, I was absolutely hooked! I could not put this book down, and I didn’t want to!
π This story is full of romance and longing and DRAMA. If you loved THE FAVORITES or TOMORROW, TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW, this will 100% be up your alley. I actually enjoyed this one more than the aforementioned books and found it to be as unputdownable, but a little less toxic.
π I was STRESSED out to see how this book would end and I won’t even say how the ending made me feel because I want everyone to experience it for themselves, but I will say how glad I am that I read this with a friend, @mommaleighellensbooknook so I could discuss it along the way! This would make such a fun bookclub pick!
β οΈ As far as content goes, there were a few open door scenes that I did skip through and quite a bit of strong language.
π Come next Tuesday when this is released, EVERYONE is going to be talking about this book!
π§ It seems too obvious to say that Julia Whelan killed the audiobook, but she TRULY brought this book to a whole new dimension (pun intended).
