π°π³οΈGet ready to go down the wonderful rabbit hole that is this book. I had to pause the audiobook to listen to “Wonderland” by Taylor Swift a few times because all the Wonderland and rabbit hole talk. The song fits the book so perfectly, I can’t get over it π
β Anyways, I absolutely adored this story and I LOVED the main character, Rainy March (the name made me so happy for some reason). I also listened to this book during three days of constant rain, so it was a VIBE! β π§οΈ
π This was a beautiful blend of magical realism, romance, and an ode to books. I actually was really surprised by a twist I didn’t expect and loved that I didn’t see that curve ball coming. I think this is my favorite Meg Shaffer book now! If you’re looking for pure fun and comfort in a story, this is the book for you!
β My favorite quote/conversation from the book:
“I’m going to do something stupid”
“Full steam ahead”
π The characters were nothing short of delightful and charming and I was smiling the whole time!
π§ The audiobook was an absolute delight! Mia Hutchinson-Shaw was so fun and easy to listen to! I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any format of this one, though!
βIf you could enter any story for a day, which one would you pick? And why?
